Damaged or Defective Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange due to damage or defect, please provide a clear photo of the item along with your order number. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for returning the item if necessary. Please note, we do not give refunds for damaged items; store credit only will be provided.
